EGSL has worked on several expanded Pre-Acquisition Environmental Site Assessment projects in Minnesota and Michigan for the National Park Service.  Sites range from former Veterans Affair Hospital in Minneapolis, small islands and riverfront properties along the Lower St. Croix river, to lakefront properties at Sleeping Bear Dunes near Traverse City, Michigan.  EGSL was commissioned to determine whether or not the typical “de minimus” issues or liabilities will support the NPS plans for the sites.  EGSL environmental professional services included but were not limited to:
